Based on your consultation, we create a personalized weight loss plan that includes medications and lifestyle coaching tailored to your needs. Our plans start at $299/month including professional lifestyle coaching and support. No insurance accepted at this time.

Medications shipped direct to you

We only use US based pharmacies that are PCAB accredited that adhere to rigorous quality control processes, ensuring every compounded medication meets the highest standards of safety and efficacy. Depending on your plan, Tirzepatide or Semaglutide will be shipped direct to your door and our team will provide detailed guidance on self-administering your medications so you can feel confident in your journey to weight loss.

Routine follow-ups with licensed professionals

Lisa Colasurdo, FNP-BC

Lisa Colasurdo, FNP-BC, is a highly skilled and dedicated family nurse practitioner who has been serving the Spartanburg, SC community since 2001.  She earned her undergraduate degree from Clemson University and completed her graduate training at the University of South Carolina.  As a board certified family nurse practitioner, Lisa is committed to addressing her patients’ needs and helping them achieve and maintain their health and wellness goals.  Outside of her professional responsibilities, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in outdoor activities.
